pivot table update

I have made a pivot table based on sheet1 which has 545 rows.For second months it is 800 rows.when I am refreshing the pivottable it only updating for 545 rows but not all 800 rows.Please if any one could help.Regards.

right click on the pivot data and go to wizard - then go "back". you should now see the range it has selected to use for the pivot table - if you set it up using 545 rows it will continue to use that range - change the range to say 2000 rows (or whatever the maxmimum amount of data you expect is) - then regardless of the actual size of the data it will still be picked up by the table itself.

i made it but it taking blank rows also.Is there anyway to exclude blank fields
