Using Excel 2007, I pivot off of a data table and when I click to add as a value it loads to a text label. I can drop this over to value and select sum instead of count but i have many values and it would be time consuming

Any ideas?

Thanks,

John

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Pivots do this for 1 of 2 reasons.

1 there is text being returned in one of the values
2 there are blanks in the return values,

Try putting 0's instead of blanks

Cheers pal! It worked- I thought I didn't do this last time but I guess I did.

Have a blessed day!
