Pivot table - Weird Values

I have some values in my pivot table that are being displayed as 0 but when I highlight the cells the amounts shown in the Formula Bar are 2.27373675443232E-13 or 2.41584530158434E-13. So of course when I create a filter to suppress 0's, these values remain. How can I fix?

Are these values the result of a formula? It's a floating point precision issue.

No, the pivot table is simply pulling dollar figures from the data.
