Hi
I've created a pivot (Pivot) from a data table (Data), but I want to add conditional formatting to highlight my data with a fill colour. The data is looking at 1to1 training sessions people have on certain dates. Each person has up to 3 sessions, and their sessions can be in Status (1) - Booked, Status (2) - Completed, Status (3) - Cancelled

Data: you can see from the screenshot all fields are added to the Pivot but NOT status
Pivot: I'd like to colour fill the dates I've added to pivottable Values depending if Status is 1, 2 or 3.

I've tried with conditional formatting but I can't get a formula to work, so I'm guessing VBA is the way forward.

The data updates monthly so the pivot will need to refresh also to reflect the data changing

thanks in advance
Alex
