Pivot table with Merged Cells

Hi,

Im working on a Dynamic Dashboard. With several data sets in hindged with few slicers. I have one specific Planned vs actual data (As from A3:M16) I now require to get a chart similaras below when I apply slicer. challenge is that I needed these data in a pivot table to work with slicer dynamically with other charts. Kindly through some insights on the issue.

@alansidman I have in a few instances used the XL2BB but unfortunately, this time when trying to copy with the graph as a mini sheet the file goes into "Not Responding", So pasting only the data below. Appreciate your support.
