I need help with a pivot table.

In my source data I have columns for Staff names, Year, Month, Settled1, Settled2, Settled3, and Settled4.
I want the Pivot table to only count values in Settled1-4 that have the language of "settled". When I attempt to add each of the settled columns and filter out other term other then settled I just get a full blank chart. I'm using office 2003.
