Pivot table

I want to create a pivot table from my data. I have ItemID (Part Numbers going down one column and Suppliers going down another). The list has duplicate part numbers and duplicate suppliers (intentionally).

I would like a pivot table that shows the Part numbers going down a column and the all the vendors going across the header row where there is an indicator (maybe an "X" or anything) that shows if that suppler is listed for that part in that row. hope that makes sense. But I am not sure what to even research to figure out how to do this. The list of parts and suppliers are dynamic which is why I think I need a pivot table to do this. any suggestion on how to create this pivot table or other options is appreciated.

All you need to do is put the ItemID in the Rows section, the SupplierID in the columns section and (Count of) ItemID in the Values section.
