Pivot Table

I hope I can explain my question. I am on a network computer that will not allow me to download the HTML maker.

I have a pivot table I am creating to determine all the invoices associated with one PO number. The pivot table lists the PO number (column A) with the invoice numbers next to it (column B). The pivot table only lists the PO number one time in column A, leaving blank cells next to all the invoice numbers for that particular PO. Is there any way to get the PO number listed next to the invoice each time in column A when setting up the pivot table?

Thank you in advance for your help!

You could put the invoice number first, followed by the PO, but you will then want to re-sort the table, if possible, by PO number, as it will likely go by the invoice number. Otherwise, I think it is inherent functionality of the Pivot table to not display the value all the way down.
