I want to use a PT with “multiple consolidate ranges”

So I have 10 sheets for 10 sales areas
Every Sheet has Product, Subproducts, Quantity (Budget) , Quantity (Sold)

Alternative 1
If I cut and paste the 10 sheets in one sheet I can make a "normal" PT without problem. But it is boring.....So

Alternative 2
If I use “multiple consolidate ranges” I obtain a wonderful PT .
BUT I can not use the fields
Product, subproducts, Quantitiy (Budget) , Quantity (Sold) in an independent manner.
e.g. I want Product and Subproduct as Row & Quantity as column and I can not do it.
Is this normal??
Thanks!

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Like all Excel Consolidations a PivotTable sourced from multiple consolidation ranges is based on labels found in the left-most column and/or top-most row.
