pivot table

I would like to create pivot table that displays the names of the customers that were paid and contract expires in October. When I drag the names of customers in data field it gives me count of the customers, I want names.
How can I fix this?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Try putting the names in the Row Field along with the dates. You can also add the names to the data field to get the count. But, PT secret, you CAN leave the data field blank.
