Hi, i have a pivot table that looks like this:

London...........Jim
....................John
....................Mary
Washington.....Jim
.....................Bob
.....................Mary
.....................Fran

I need the pivot table to be set up to look like this:
London...........Jim
London..........John
London..........Mary
Washington.....Jim
Washington.....Bob
Washington.....Mary
Washington.....Fran

Can this be done?
Thanks!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Is not was i was looking for, but this is great!
Is so much less time consuming.
Thanks allot!
