I am trying to get % of hours worked (column E) in my pivot table based on employees (column A). I have employees name in column A. Project in column B, Filter in column C, daily date in column D and hours worked in column E. I want to calculate % or hours worked on each filter based on total of employee, and not on grand total. Column C "Filter" has three or four sections, I want to show how many hours an employee spent on each of those filtered catogories.

Thanks
