Pivot Tables and graphs -- how to impress the boss

I created a pivot table, formatted it nicely, data columns are where they should be, and created several graphs from it. If needed I provide an explanation of what the numbers mean. Sometimes management just doesn't get it.

I don't know how to do calculations inside the pivot table but am trying to learn. In the meantime I take the data and manually do something with it (% of total, rank of numbers, what months have too high a number) to impress my boss.

Does anyone have any other ideas how I can use the pivot table to impress the boss? I want that raise at the end of the year!
