Hi, I use a series of pivot tables, and the data is updated weekly. Recently some of the data under the fields is doubling up. (but not all data is repeated)

e.g. It should show as Field = Year... Data is 2001
2002
2003
2004

Now it is showing up as = Year 2001
2001
2002
2003
2003
2004

Any suggestions on how I can fix this... as the only idea I have is to rebuild all tables from scratch (and I don't fancy that idea  )

Thanks

Hi,

My sugggestion would be that the formatting is out in the data file, have you checked that the years are in the same format?

If you show the detail behind the a couple of the years that are doubling up, you may be able to identify if the format is the same (ensure that one is not text and the other a number)?

Worth a try.
