Hi everyone,

I am completely stuck with pivot tables and I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I have to analyse some surver data for my manager and I have found some help online but I can't seem to work out why it isn;t working no mateer what I try!

I can get the pivot table functioning, but I can't work out how to code it so the table asks my actual question and answers with the answers and not just the numbers I have used to code the answers.

I have inserted a link to the pdf that was explaining the process, but for the life of me I can't see how they managed to link the questions and answers to the data in the table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thankyou very much in advance!

The guide is looking very straightforward.

Topost your data:

You can download and install two of the following programs:

HTLMaker

or
Excel Jeanie

or when using Internet Explorer just put borders around your data in Excel and copy those cells into your post. __________________
