Hi folks,

I'm trying to get around something but I'm not sure how to do it, or if it's possible. I've created a bunch of pivot tables...and everything is fine and dandy with them. Now I'm creating pivot charts based on those pivot tables. The problem is that in the pivot chart, I don't always want to include all fields from the pivot table. So when I remove those items from the pivot chart, excel automatically remove the same items from the pivot table. Is there a way to preserve the original pivot table so that when I remove fields from the pivot chart, it doesn't also remove them from the pivot table? Many thanks.
