Pivot Tables Track Changes

We have a department that gives us reports on different products everyday. The data contained in these reports contains tons of information, and can include product number, manufacture, location, manager, resource, materials, and many many more. There is a possibility that that any/all of this data may be changed on a day to day basis.

This data is contained in pivot tables. I have no access to the original data, but need to manipulate the data by adding blank rows. How can I get to the point where I can manipulate this data and still keep it in the proper pivot tables?
