Hi,

I am hoping you could help me please. I have a number of data tabs, and use individual pivot tables to get the necessary information before copying into another report.

Basically, I have one pivot table looking at averages (below) however when I physically calculate the grand totals I get a different number than the pivot table is reporting. The pivot is reporting the Average of Week Days To Fill as 102, however when I calculate the totals I get 104.

I appreciate it is probably something to do with the format of the numbers, which are currently formatted as Numbers, but I am hoping someone could please point out what I am clearly missing!

Sorry and thank you in advance for your help,

Sawdeeka :)

can you use the XL2BB addin and capture the same info and the formulas, post that back in here

The thing it probably is is using averages, they could round down, and that will effect it when the value is actually calculated
