I am working on a pivot table and needed help with the following:

Wanted to automatically refresh the data everytime new data is entered.

My pivot table includes a column which had names of employees. I want the drop down menu for that column to only have active employees names and not old employees. In other words if I delete an employee's name than it still shows up in the drop down for that column. How can i have that data so if deleted names they would not be seen in teh drop down menu. Thanks.
