I only know the basics in Excel & have been given a file to update daily with a worksheet that feeds pivot tables which then feeds another file that creates graphs. Each time I add a new customer to the data sheet it automatically ticks it and adds to each pivot table so then I have to go through manually and untick each sheet. Is there anyway around this? Also is there a way to set the file to automatically refresh data in the pivot tables when you save/close the file? Many thanks
