Hi Everyone,
I have just started using pivot tables and have found them very easy to use so far, the only thing I cant do is link them to another workbook. What I would like to do is have a workbook with all my data, and have another workbook with the pivot tables, but I cant seem to workout how to link the two together I am using excel 2007, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou, ccameron

Ccameron,

Or try this:

1) Open both workbooks (Pasta01 e Pasta02).

2) In the PivotTable workbook (Pasta01), make active the Insert tab and choose Pivottable in group Tables.

3) In the Create table dialog box, click in the Table/range textbox and select the region of data in the source workbook (Pasta02) and click OK.
