PivotTable display even without value

Hi there

I've got a pivot table counting the records for each month, however for month February there are no values in the table, but I'd like the PivotTable to display February = 0 rather than just missing the month out altogether.

Can you help?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
In Excel 2003:
doubleclick on the Month header, then in the dialog box, tick the checkbox on the bottom left saying 'Show items with no data'.

For newer Excel versions, I expect the process will be similar...
