Hi,

I am stuck with a specific dataset in Excel which I need to Pivot in a particular way. I can change the source data if required (sourced from SQL Server).

The resulting Pivot should look as follows:

Closed last week New (0-1 weeks) New (1-2 weeks) New (>2 weeks)
Green 3 4 5 3
Amber 4 7 8 3
Red 3 7 8 2

MyExcel spreadsheet contains the following fields:
Risk count
RAG (red,amber,green)
Modified (datetime fields)
Created (datetime fields)

How can I pivot so that I get counts per week based on created and modified dates?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
