Hello,

I just created a pivot table for a listing of employees. Some employee's have the same last name, and its grouping them together. I tried using the unique Employee ID as the first Row, and the employees with the same last name do separate, but then I can't Sort A-Z Last name, which is most important.

Any Ideas?

I am a novice, so you might have to break it down Barney Style for me.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
You could put Surname as the First Row.
