Pivottable Modification Question

Hi All, I have a large data set, broken down by year, state, and county.

I created a pivottable that lets you select the state and the county (in the Page area). Is there any way to populate the drop down lists for the pivottable with only entries that have data? Right now, no matter what state I select, it lists all the counties, which is obviously unfavorable. TIA.
