I have badge swipe data in a flat file format. Employees may have multiple swipes in a day but I only want the PivotTable to display one. In other words show a 0 or 1 to indicate if the employee was in the office. I grouped the date/time column to day but cannot figure out what to select for the value. Can this is done through a PivotTable?

Emp Location Time
A X 1/1 9:00
A X 1/2 9:03
A Y 1/2 4:00
B X 1/1 8:50
B Y 1/2 9:04
B Y 1/4 9:06
B Z 1/4 5:30

1/1 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/5
A 1 1 0 0 0
B 1 1 0 1 0
