Any help please.
I am trying to calculate certain cells within a column within a pivot table with a cell outside the table - hope that makes sense.

Any help would be much appreciated....

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
That doesn't make much sense at all. But ( guessing here ), have you looked at GetPivotData function?

OK - sorry, try again.

I have a pivot table, which is populated with figures and product code numbers. I am trying to do a calculation on the figures within the a pivot table column with a variable figure, which is outside the pivot table.

A column represents a month of figures and I wish to calculate each month's column with the dollar exchange rate.

Do you mean that you want to alter the results in the PivotTable?

Have you thought about doing something with the source data, and calculating the amounts there?
