Hi I need to create a report that uses multiple pivot tables in the same worksheet to get different perspectives on the data, anyway to achive this?

does copy and pasting values, then creating a new table in the same worksheet solve this? is this the only way? you lose the interactivity for the end user this way....

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

I routinely do this by hiding the rows of the pivot tables, with the exception of the rows containing the pivot drop downs, (which allows the user the functionality of the pivots) but then below I create my formatted report(s) that are linked to the above hidden tables. It takes a little time up front, as you are basically creating the reports twice, but in the end it looks great and works like a charm.

Maybe that will inspire an idea to create the reports you are wanting?
