play sound vba

I've been using sound in my forms but have come across an issue I can't seem to figure out.
I have about 70 sounds and I was just adding a new one to my library.
When I reference it in my code; it won't play.
Yes the file name and path's are correct. (tripple checked that) is there a track length maximum? It's probably one of my longest tracks.
The code I use to launch it looks like:

sndPlaySound32 "C:\sound\soundfx.wav", &H1
All of my other sounds work in this project.

nevermind. Not sure why, but I originally converted this file from mp3 to wav using an online converter. AFter repeating the process with a different online conversion utility; the file plays.
