I have been asked to design a spreadsheet and one of the more pointless things I've been asked to implement is that when it's opened can it play something like the Windows Logon tune.

Is there any easy way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

One more quick thing - is there any way to increase the system volume using VBA too?

I passed the spreadsheet on to them and they said there was no sound, but when I checked it was because they had their sound on their PC really low so couldn't hear it!

Brilliant. Many thanks. Hopefully this will sort it out for them.
