Please Help greater than

Hi, all - I have been banging my head on the desk over this one...it's gotta be so simple?

i am trying to create a formula where by if the figure inputted into B6 is equal to and greater than 200 but equal and smaller than 200.04 "pass" but if B6 is smaller than 200 "fail" and if greater than 200.4 "fail"
so far i have the following which works but i cant piece the "fail" side of things.

=IF(AND(B6>200,B6<200.04),"PASS")

Please help.

You just need to use the if false argument

 =IF(AND(B6>=200,B6<=200.04),"PASS","FAIL")
