Hey Everyone I am very lost here please help if you can

I have made a form through excel (timesheets) everybody emails there timesheet to a main address, when they are received they are opened and only the main sheet "Pay Pd" is copied/moved into the approval form.
This approval form then will have about 10 different timesheets (all in different tabs) attached to it.
The problem im having are the macro's associated with each timesheet
I have 2 buttons that activate there own macro (a basic copy macro from hidden cells)
These macros work perfect until this approval form is emailed!!! once emailed when the buttons are clicked I get a Box saying:
"The file cound not be accessed. try one of the following:"
then gives a list of items
So the problem is that its trying to find the macro from the original timesheet: on the approval form after being emailed I right clicked on the "pic" (which is the button) and went to assign macro, it then gave me
'D:\Documents and Settings\undejeal\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK1A2\Timesheet V9B HOURLY TEST Ryan .xls'!Utilization
This would be a temporary spot from where the Approval form was made...
I have no idea how to keep these macros assigned to the approval form even after being copied over and emailed...
I can make any edits to the approval form as well but dont know where to start
Any ideas out there?
