Please Help Need To Make Error Bars

I am trying to make an error bar for meta-analytic data in Excel. I need to graph the hedges g, upper and lower limits (Confidence intervals) but I am not sure how to do this. Can someone please help me with this? I have spent hours trying to watch videos and read directions but still am having difficulty. Please help.
 

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
