Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Yeeah that part is easy (adding hours to hours, minutes to minutes), the part I fail is the if-and-or:
Adding the 15 minutes if it end after first pause is easy, but let's say it was supposed to finish 10 minutes before lunch, due to pause, it should finish 5 minutes after lunch.

This simple matter blocks me
