Please help with form

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this problem because I cant fiqure it out.
I have a form that I am using for Customer redemptions. In my database there are three different sources or divisons that these customers can belong to.
Each divison has its own product list. What I am trying to do is find a way to have a drop down list of products to select from that is specific to what source the customer belongs to. The source already appears based on the customer that I enter. Thanks!!!

Anyone? I just basically need to know how to make my drop down list only show products that have the same source that the customer has. I cant fiqure out what critera string to use in the query critera box.Thanks
