Hi, I'm new to Macros. I need to create a macro where I can divide a sum of total time used by a sum of total transactions to get a true average. I need to be able to do it for each hour, from 8am to 5pm, M-F. For instance: if I have Monday1, at 8am: average response time of 5 secondsand 3 transactions, I have a total of 15 seconds of average response time. Then I have Monday 2, number of seconds and number of transactions, Monday 3, Monday 4, etc. I would need to add all of total average response time and divide it by a total of trasactions for all mentioned days. I tried to do it manually, but it is too much of busy work and I need to do it each week. Right now I'm doing this: =sum(number1, number 2, etc.....up to 45 numbers)/sum( number of trans 1, number of tran 2, etc...up to 45 numbers). Could you please suggest how I can simplify this by writing a macro and just change a week day and time, so it will calculate it up for me?. thank you so much in advance.
