Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Type 1.04 in a cell somewhere, select the cell, Copy, select the entire table, right click, select paste special, and select the button next to multiply then click ok.

This will overwrite the numbers that are already in there though so if you want before and after tables it would be best to make a copy of the table before doing the paste special.

Put 1.04 into a blank cell and then copy this cell and "Paste Special" over the entire range of data you want uplifted but use "Multiply" from the paste special options - note that the answer left is a value and not a formula
