Please tell me what am I doing wrong with this formula

Hi guys.

I want to have a price shown in H 18.
Price per passenger (in settings sheet, within the range of 232 to 382), multiplied by the number of passengers C7
If I delete C7 from the end of the formula, it will show me the price per only 1 passenger (288), but I want it to show me the total price per 25 pax, altogether...

They look like merged cells to me.
Try using B7 instead of C7.
