Please Update the Formula, =INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!"&"$A$1")

I am using the following formula,

=INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!"&"$A$1")

The last part $A$1 fetch
RC 016 OPERATIONS OTHER
RC 116 OPERATIONS VACATION ACCRUAL

I want to change the formula so it omits RC from each of the RC and start from the numbers.
That means I want to REPLACE RC with Space or something like that.
