Hi All,

Can you please tell me where the option for "Plot visible cells only" is there in excel 2007?
Is it there in Chart Tools

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Not aware of an option to "Plot visible cells only". As a possible workaround, use Alt + ; to highlight all visible cells and then copy them to another sheet and do your charting.

Hi XL&ME , I could finally do it by changing the balnks cells to #n/a using =NA() formula so that the chart does not plot it.
But the thanks for the info...it was new to me.
