Plus sign for hide columns

Hi,

Does anyone know how to group hide columns and/or rows so it shows the below +sign next to the hidden columns? I think it looks neater than just the standard highlight-right click-hide option. Am I right in saying it's highlight the columns - Data - Group?

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
