Poor Resolution of Exported Chart

I am using Excel VBA to copy some cells containing text (with formatting), copy them as a picture, paste the picture into a chart, export the chart as a .jpg file, and load the picture into a UserForm. This works beautifully when I use my home computer to remote desktop into my work computer (when using remote desktop, monitor resolution shows as 1280 x 800). It also works beautifully when a coworker runs the macro on her work computer with a 1920 x 1080 monitor. However, it looks terrible on my work computer with a 1280 x 1024 monitor. The copied image looks fine on all the screens. It is the exported .jpg file that looks very different depending on the monitor resolution. I can't export a .png file because it cannot be loaded into a UserForm.

I am using code similar to https://robp30.wordpress.com/2012/01/11/improving-the-quality-of-excel-image-export/

The one line that seems to be causing the problem is:

Code:
ActiveChart.Export Filename:=fName, filtername:="JPG"

I can paste all code for the entire macro if you think it would be helpful. Thanks in advance for your help!
