pop many messages & input box to enter password when try adjusting the sheet

hi
I search macro when I try add a new sheet or write value for any cell or insert and delete rows and columns then should show message and issue the sound of warning message " you haven't permission , do you have password ? if I press ok and the password is right then I can adjusting the sheet if the password wrong then show message " the password is wrong" after three times of tries should show message " sorry you run out tries" and close the file and if press no then continue show inputbox
