Pop Message required if value is not same

Dear User,

Hi, I have a query while i am trying this thing...

I have two different sheet Test 1 & Test 2. In both the sheet i done some SUM work, on Cell C11 i have TOTAL OF SUM.

Now what i want is if the value of Cell C11 is different from each other i should get a pop up message box that " Please Check The Value in both the file....."

For Example :

In Test 1 i have Value on C11 is 56 & In Test 2 i have value on C11 is 55 That time i should get a Pop Up Box....
