Populate a default value in excel macro

Hi forum,
i want to populate a column with default value in excel macro

Example: for column J the value should be RYD i.e. the column J should be defaultly populated with value RYD.

It will write RYD in J1:J100. I don't know what you mean by "default value".

Requirement is for the column J, the value should be only RYD. no other values should be allowed other than RYD in the J column.
