Populate User form list from named range

Is it possible to populate a list in a user form from a named range as opposed to telling it in which column/row the first value is located?

ListBox1.RowSource = "Sheet1!" & Range("Named_Range").Address

Thanks! Any idea how I store the selected value in a pretermined variable name for use in the main macro. (call it - iVariable)

ListBox1.List = Range("YourRange").Value
