Populate worksheet based on VBA instead of VLOOKUP

I have a table of data that has common identifiers with another worksheet. I would like to use VBA to populate the other worksheet based on whatever identifier the user enters. I would like to do this instead of vlookups because the file is getting too large.

Does anyone have an example of this in a worksheet that I could download?

Thanks
