Populating a column based on data from another

Greetings all.

This is somewhat difficult to explain, please bear with me.

Col B.....Col C

Name1...Bob
.............Bob1
.............Bob3
.............Bob4
Jobs.......Sweeper
.............Drinkin
.............Purchaer
Tenure...New
.............Old
.............Not here yet

What I need code to do is fill in the data in col b so that it looks like this :

Name1...Bob
Name1 ..Bob1
Name1...Bob3
Name1...Bob4
Jobs.......Sweeper
Jobs.......Drinkin
Jobs.......Purchaer
Tenure...New
Tenure...Old
Tenure...Not here yet

Any ideas? (I would have used the html tool but not allowsed to install it here at work.)
