we are trying to solve the workforce scheduling problem with some inhouse tool being developed , currently it is being solved using excel solver , but now we want to move to web-based solution for more features , any leads in this direction will be helpfull

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
