Positve Value Update To Another Cell As A Negative Value

I have a personal budget sheet. The autosum formula is in cell E19. I would like for that sum to show up (update) automatically in cell H2 as a negative value when updating cell E19. Please see screenshot. I am having to manually change H2 whenever I change E19. H2 must be negative. Is there a way to do this? I hope so. Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Never mind, I see that it already updates on it's own. :D

Also, is there a way to cause the formula to update on it's own say if I add a row or delete a row, or do I need to change the formula manually? Thanks in advance.

You could also do it like this:
=-E19

If you wanted H2 to be negative even if E19 was negative, then:
=-ABS(E19)
